About Us
The Feasby & Bleeks Design team takes pride in our longstanding professional and personal relationships — with tradespeople, with suppliers, with clients, and with our own team. Erin Feasby and Cindy Bleeks have been best friends since university, and co-founded Feasby & Bleeks Design in 2009. The business that began at Cindy’s and Erin’s dining room tables has grown to include an incredible team of talented individuals, who collaborate on all aspects of their design projects.

Principal Designer
A love of theatre initially inspired Erin to pursue a career in set design with a Bachelor of Interior Design degree from Ryerson. After graduating, however, she rediscovered her childhood sketchbooks filled with floor plans and home designs, and realized her talent had been for residential interior design all along. She began her career at a high-end design build firm working on custom residential and large-scale cottage projects. She then spent 10 years as Senior Design Editor at Canadian House & Home magazine, where she oversaw numerous makeovers and created some of their most popular features, such as Decorating 101 and the grand prize show homes for the Princess Margaret Home Lottery. Since founding FBD in 2009 with Cindy Bleeks, Erin balances her time between her busy career and family time spent with her husband Sam, son Max, and identical twin daughters Emmy and Lola.
Cindy Bleeks
Principal Designer
Design isn’t always about straight lines. Cindy once considered her sketching, painting and tinkering in her father’s woodshop just hobbies. She even began a science degree before pivoting to her true passion, interior design. She transferred to Ryerson, where she met Erin and the pair became fast friends. After receiving her Bachelor of Interior Design, Cindy began working for high-end clientele between Toronto, New York and Palm Beach before founding her own design firm in 2002. During this time, Cindy designed both residential and commercial interiors, as well as illustrating and styling features and advertorials for Canadian House & Home magazine. In 2009, Cindy and Erin merged their complementary aesthetic and vision to create Feasby & Bleeks Design. Outside of the office, you can usually find Cindy at the hockey rink with her son Gray, baking with daughter Piper, or being walked by her yellow Lab, Hal.
Helen Casanova
Studio Coordinator
In high school, Helen was torn between accounting and design. Design ultimately won, and she attended the Ontario College of Art & Design and graduated from their Industrial Design program. Over time, Helen became more interested in the organization and finances of the companies she worked for, and transitioned to a role as an office manager for a design build firm. Helen has more than 10 years of experience as an office manager, and her unique credentials make her a perfect fit for Feasby & Bleeks Design. As Cindy and Erin like to joke, Helen is really the one in charge!
